Mass Intentions

You can arrange for a mass at the Ministry Centre. A mass can be celebrated for the intentions of someone who is living or for a deceased person.

The mass may be undated, meaning that it will be celebrated at a future date within the coming year by a friar at St. Bonaventure or by one of our missionaries. You can arrange for a mass to be celebrated on a specific date, providing the date falls within the next six months.The suggested offering for a mass intention that is not on a specific date is a minimum of $10 and $20 for a mass that is celebrated on a specific date.

Sanctuary Lamps

Two lamps burn at all times by the Tabernacle in church. You can arrange to have a seven day lamp burn for your intentions. You may also have a lamp burn in Our Lady’s Chapel. The suggested offering is a minimum of $10.

Franciscan Mission Association

You may offer the gift of prayers for someone who has died or for a joyous occasion by enrolling them in the Franciscan Mission Association. Recipients will benefit from the prayers of the friars and your donation will support the work of the Franciscans in Canada and abroad. You will receive a card to send to the person(s) enrolled or to the family of the deceased person. All of the ministries and good work that take place in our parish community are funded by our parishioners. Donate by using Sunday Offering Envelopes or sign up for our Automatic Debit Program. Keep our mission and vision alive and remember us in your will.
