This facility includes a large and bright Main Hall that can accommodate a maximum of 200 people for meetings, social events or dinner. The Francis Room provides a more intimate environment for 75 people in a meeting configuration and about 40 for dinner. This room can be divided into two smaller venues. The Bonaventure Room provides the budget conscious group with simpler facilities that can accommodate 40 for a meeting. The Bonaventure Room is not air conditioned. The Oak Room is suited for small informal meetings of 8-10 people. The Parish Centre is operated as a stand-alone facility, independent of St. Bonaventure Parish.

RENTAL PROCESS

Facilities are available for rent for weddings, anniversaries, funeral receptions and other social and business events. However, the friars and parishioners have priority over the use of the building. The parish also hosts several community groups and services such as AA and Kumon. There are a number of caterers to choose from if food is going to be served at your function. To request a booking, complete the Hall Rental Contract after reviewing the conditions for renting.
